DESCRIPTION
A-284, A-BCAI – Ball Circulating Sub for Inner String
The Ball Circulating Sub forms a part of the running string.
It provides for a set against which pressure can be applied to activate pressure actuated components. The tool is equipped with a Shear Pinned Ball seat, that shears at a predetermined pressure rating, after the hydraulic components are actuated.
The Ball and seat are contained in the sub itself, thus allowing for multiple uses. Can be provided with slots instead of circulating holes to allow circulation to the inner string.
