A-MNR-1, 2 (Single Cone, Double Cone) A-004 – Mechanical Non-Rotating Liner Hanger
The A-MNR mechanical-set liner hanger can be used in wells where the work string can be manipulated to set the hanger. The Hanger consists of a J-cage assembly that carries the Drag Springs and Slips and a Body.
When the Liner Hanger reaches the desired setting depth, lifting up the hanger body and rotating it moves the Pin in the J slot from the running position to the setting position, bringing the slips in-line with the cones, slacking off moves the Slips over the Cones and sets the Hanger. The gauge ring machined on the Body protects the slips during running in.
The Hanger body is manufactured from a single piece of tubing, with J pin, Gauge ring, and Cones machined onto the Body itself. Case hardened Slips ensure biting into high-grade casings.
