DESCRIPTION
A-HRPH, A-182 – Hydraulic Retrievable Packer-High Pressure
The A-HRPH is a high pressure hydraulic set, double grip, retrievable packer. The A-HRPH does not require any mechanical manipulation of the production string to be set, making it optimal for situations where mechanical manipulation is not feasible.
The Packer is run to the desired depth and a predetermine pressure is applied to the packer which shears the shear pins and sets the Packer.
The Packer is retrieved by straight pull and features a Releasing Slip that facilitates retrieval of the packer.
The Packer has an in-built pressure balance system, that helps equalize pressure differentials across the packer.
